The Evil Within (known as Psycho Break in Japan) is a 2014 action adventure video game developed by Tango Gameworks and
released by Bethesda Softworks for the PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Xbox 360 and Xbox One video game consoles and
Microsoft Windows.
While investigating the scene of a gruesome mass murder, Detective Sebastian Castellanos and his partners encounter a
mysterious and powerful force. After seeing the slaughter of his fellow officers, Sebastian is ambushed and knocked
unconscious. When he awakens, he finds himself in a deranged world where hideous creatures wander among the dead. Facing
unimaginable terror, and fighting for survival, Sebastian embarks on a frightening journey to unravel what is behind this
evil force. The main character of The Evil Within, whom the player controls, is veteran police detective Sebastian Castellanos (voiced
by Anson Mount). He is aided by his colleagues Juli “Kid” Kidman (Jennifer Carpenter) and Joseph Oda (Yuri Lowenthal) in
confronting the invincible apparition Ruvik (Jackie Earle Haley).

3:03 scare the living shit outta me
clearly throthgar is infamous with gamedevelopper with all these cheap enemy ai
3 parts into this and I still dont know WTF is going on!! it's like they took a bunch of horror cliches and made a game making up plot as they go along.
I found that the most important skills to upgrade this early in the game are sprinting, how much health a syringe replenishes (not health upgrade) and your gun critical chance to improve headshots. Also increasing your match count was good too!

It's funny how a knife to the head kills the zombies, when many of them already have metal objects impaled in their heads. And the stamina in this game is garbage. This guy can't sprint for more than 5 seconds without sucking air. Even the fattest of slobs could outrun this clown.
Just noticed another absurd thing. If this guy has a knife, why doesn't he use it during melee attacks? Instead, he throws weak punches that can't even take out rotting corpses.
Leave it to a modern next-gen horror game to make a hero with: no speed, no agility, no stamina, poor controls, poor camera work, and yet has the physical strength to smash a wooden crate to kindling with one punch . . .
