    Lots of blood and gore with a heavy focus on the Adolescent mind and a heavily overcomplicated Persnickety scripted boss fight infrastructure that requires media exposure to gain the requisite knowledge to progress

    By turning hardcore medieval Asian sword combat into "the Macarena" fromsoft has reached a new low

    special Johnny wants to be the ultimate ninja but you have to watch all the media to learn the special dance Macarena Maneuvers to progress

    Apparently fromsoft has declared war on dodging so they've installed a magnetic tracking system that allows enemies to spin on a gimbal in a ridiculous animation cycle that looks like a cartoon so they can hit you even though you've time your Dodge perfectly and even that isn't good enough to punish someone for not standing their ground and playing the Macarena maneuver combat system as you can be a country mile outside of the animation cycle and still take a hit because the game hates people who try to dodge for some weird reason

    if you want a Nerf dodging just have enemies Block whatever you throw after your Dodge and put a hefty cardio cost on dodging, jumping and running that quickly depletes your attack power…don't bend the laws of physics and create Magic hitboxes that destroy your games legitimacy just because you're trying to force a particular play style on your Macarena style combat

    what a shame because with a couple minor tweaks this game could be a masterpiece but instead it plays more like the 40 year old virgin with a Harry Potter magic wand fantasy of ancient medieval Asian combat with massive amounts lore of Gore plus violence presented in a cartoony animations to please the kids
